TIPS ON FOOD!

- Try to buy the products that come in 100 calorie packs. They have popcorn, chips, sweets, etc.

- Fill up on beans! Fiber increases weight loss and studies prove those that regularly eat beans weight 7 lbs less than the average person. Hurrah! Vegetarian baked beans and Great Northerns are especially good.

- Drink 3 oz. of wine several times a week. Again according to a study in Weight Watchers magazine those who drink wine weigh less and have less belly fat than the average person. Plus it helps your heart and make guard against alzheimers.

- Take fiber pills, vitamins, and Viactiv calcium chews.

- Dilute a few teaspoons of fruit juice in seltzer water.

- Salads, shrimp, tuna, apples, oranges. All great diet foods.

- Count the calories of everything you buy and read the ingredients. If you don't know what most of them are dont' buy it. Simple low cal foods like fresh lean fish, chicken, and etc. are best.

- The best course is too cook food yourself using water and cooking spray and tons of spices. Hot spicy food ups the metabolism and makes the lack of fat in the food fade away. Just use salt sparingly!

- If you're eating out here are some good options. A grilled chicken spinach salad at Subway with cheese and oil and vinegar is 220 calories without cheese and with vinegar only it's 140! A child fry at McDonald's is 280 calories. Go to your favorite fast food sites and look for the low cal items! A plain mashed potato at KFC is 110!

To stop a hunger attack. Which I promise will get better with time....

1. Suck down a very strong mint like Altoids.

2. Lick a hoodia lollipop found at power-pops online

3. Drink iced tea unsweetened soaked in lemon.

4. Eat ice.

5. Chew gum: chewing makes you think you ate!

6. Eat a few fiber pills. Chew them. Yeah they're bland, but they have no calories!
