Motivational Quotes

*Quotes*
*You've made a decision: you will NOT stop. The pain is neccessary, especially the pain of hunger. It reassures you that you are strong, can withstand anything*

*You can learn to love anything, I think, if you need to badly enough. I trained myself to enjoy feeling hungry. If my stomach contracts, or I wake up feeling nauseated, or I'm light-headed or have a hunger headache, or better yet, all of the above, it means I'm getting thinner, so it feels good. I feel strong, on top of myself, in control*

*Quod Me Nutrit, Me Destruit*

*Perfection is not achieved when there's nothing left to lose. It's achieved when there's nothing left to take away*

*Some of us get this 'perfect image' in our heads and we try to achieve it. When we fail we try harder and harder until eventually we'll do anything to achieve this image. Even if it means slowly killing ourselves in vain to achieve beauty*

* Calories won't make you happy.

* You've made a decision - you won't stop. The pain is necessary, especially the pain of hunger. It reassures you that you are strong - can withstand anything - and that you are NOT a slave to your body; you don't give into its whining.

* Sacrifice is giving up something good for something better.

* Eat to live, don't live to eat!

* It doesn't matter how slowly you go, just as long as you don't stop.

* Craving is only a feeling.

* If you can dream it, you can do it!

* A moment on the lips - forever on the hips.
