So the challenge with the no pop rule didn't exactly work out. But the junk food one has improved.
I have been back on track now for going into my second week. I have not had any more caffeine or junk food. I have had junk
food twice in 7 days on two seperate occasions.
My challenge this month will be to cut out the use of margarine other then for cooking. Or a little on my veggies sorry
can't eat them plain never could eat my veggies without flavor. So watch this space. I am going to start tomorrow Sept 6/06
