Goals And Challenges I Want to accomplish:
To be not so reliant on food. To not let it control my every move.
And to reach 115lbs my final goal weight. So that I can feel better about myself both on the inside and out.
BY: Exercising 6 days per week, following the weight watchers program limiting caffiene (diet pop), fast food,junk food,
and drinking 32 - 92 ounces of water per day.
Feeling: Alive, full of energy, healthy, sexy, proud, beautiful, accomplished and without regrets.
When: Currently 1/2 way at goal.To be at 135lbs by August 31,2006(4lbs away).
September 20,2006 to be at 120lbs-125lbs (10lbs)
November23,2006 to be at 115lbs(10lbs)final goal weight
total amount to lose =24lbs
final deadline december 31/06 (to be at goal before the new years)

Goal 1: Commit to healthy lifstyle and changes that it requires.
Goal 2: Return to original goal weight 125lbs.And then final goal weight of 115lbs
Goal 3: To not want or crave unhealthy foods (junk food).
To no drink pop/ ice cappicinos/caffiene.
Goal 4: Start and commit to an exercise program.
work out 5 days per week doing cardio,strenght and
toning.
Goal 5: To not gain wiehgt over christmas holidays ever again or any holiday.
Goal 6: To eat within my calories for one solid week at any
given time.
Goal 7: To only weigh myself on Mondays and not everyday or every other day.
Goal 8: To go to my parents house for the weekend and visit and not over eat nd stick to my plan.
Goal 9: To not eat when I am bored, stressed,depressed, or to eat late at night or to eat past 9:30pm for any reason.
Goal 10: To go back to measuring and weighing all my food before I eat it, watching my portion control. Goal 11: To clear
my face of acene once and for all.
Goal 11: To cut out sugar and high carb foods and to limit or cut out most fast foods.
